SALES CUSTOMER ACQUISITION REVENUE GROWTH CLIENT RELATIONSHIPSAs a Account Executivet, your main responsibility will be to follow up with potential customers who have not yet converted after their initial inquiry. All your work will be through calls and chat—no email required. You’ll be re-engaging warm leads and offering them an alternative plan to what was previously presented by our CSR team. These alternative solutions will be very compelling and built around specific criteria that you will identify and then follow up on.These alternative solutions will be very compelling and built around specific criteria that you will identify and then follow up on. Some examples of these are:
Leads that have been archived as lost – you will go back with an alternative plan and pricing. For example they say no to a one-time service, but you identify its in a region we're trying to build route density and goes back with a monthly subscription plan.
Geographically targeting specific cities where we can service specific types of customer profiles.
Leads that have not received a follow up call after their first service and offer a subscription.
Follow up on bi-annual and quarterly plans for "in-between" spray services to "top off" when we're in their area.
Your communication will set the tone for our brand, so you must be fluent in English, personable, and persuasive on the phone and chat.
Tasks
Follow Up on Unconverted Leads: Call and chat with potential customers who have previously shown interest but have not signed up yet.
Understand Customer Needs: Ask the right questions, listen actively, and address hesitations or concerns to move leads forward.
Build Trust: Create a positive, friendly, and trustworthy experience in every interaction.
Convert Leads: Guide conversations toward a successful sale, always focused on meeting customer needs.
Keep CRM Updated: Log all calls, chats, and outcomes in our CRM system—keeping details current and accurate.
Share Insights: Report on common objections or trends you notice, helping improve our process.
Collaborate & Learn: Join regular sales training sessions and team meetings to keep your skills sharp and stay connected.
Formation Desired
Higher Education: Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. We are open to candidates with other degrees if they have the necessary skills and experience.
Language Requirements
English: Fluent
Other Requirements
Excellent English: Fluent and confident speaking and writing in English (Advanced C1/Preferred C2 level).
Sales Experience: 3+ years being a persuasive sales executive, you will be reaching out to prospective customers with an alternative solution to what one of our CSRs has presented them.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable and effective on the phone and chat; able to build rapport and trust quickly.
Persistence: Not afraid to follow up multiple times and handle objections.
Organized: Able to manage and prioritize multiple leads at once and keep your pipeline moving.
CRM Expertise: You will be constantly in our CRM (GHL) and job booking software (Jobber) to identify
Tech-Savvy: Very comfortable in chat tools (MS Teams)
Time Zone: Able to work during US business hours (Pacific or Central Time).
Desired Skills
Experience with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools would be desirable, although not mandatory.
