About the Role: Sales Account Executive:
You’ll work with different lead categories, such as:
- Inbound Leads - Almost all of our business comes from
- Archived leads marked as lost — revisiting them with a tailored plan (e.g., a customer declines a one-time service, but you return with a more appealing monthly subscription option).
- Geographic targeting — focusing on specific cities where building route density creates opportunities.
- Post-service follow-up — offering ongoing subscription plans after a customer’s first service.
- In-between services — upselling quarterly or bi-annual spray treatments as “top-off” visits when our team is already in the area.
- Your communication will represent the TurFresh brand, so fluency in English, warmth, and persuasion are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English: Advanced C1 (preferred C2) written and spoken.
- Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in consultative or solution-based sales.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled in calls and chat; quick at building rapport.
- Persistent & Resilient: Comfortable following up multiple times and handling objections.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- CRM & Software Knowledge: Experience with CRM platforms (GHL preferred) and booking systems (Jobber preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using MS Teams and other communication tools.
- Availability: Must work during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Central Time).
