We are seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner based in Mexico, with a regional scope. This professional will be responsible for ensuring alignment between sales forecasts and supply capabilities, maintaining healthy inventory levels and ensuring service excellence to customers.

This position plays a strategic role in the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, working closely with local and regional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Operations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields

Proven experience in demand and/or supply planning

Fluent English (mandatory)

Advanced Spanish (preferred)

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP or Oracle)

Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and strategic mindset

Tasks


Key Responsibilities
Lead the demand planning process for Mexico and the region, consolidating input from commercial teams and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.

Conduct short-, medium-, and long-term supply planning, ensuring adequate supply across regional markets.

Act as the main point of contact between local teams and factories, distribution centers, and external distributors.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels, identifying and resolving potential shortages or excess stock.

Analyze KPIs and operational reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Participate in cross-functional meetings with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams.

Leverage analytical and visualization tools to anticipate risks and propose corrective actions.
